Unfortunately, this president has been subjected to vicious lies regarding his religious faith and birthright that are totally unprecedented. Ronald Reagan never had to defend his Christian-ness even though he wasn't a regular churchgoer. Sarah Palin had a nutjob African pastor cast demons from her and no one on the Right batted an eyebrow, even after the video got out there. This is part of a campaign by people like Beck, Palin, Gingrich, and Boehner to destroy President Obama and divide our country along cultural wedge issues, such as hatred and fear of Muslims.; Friday, September 10, 2010 4:50:00 PM
