Do as I say, not as I do

I was confused as well when I read that. He logic appears to be that since the Constitution doesn't spell out the right to have an abortion then it's not allowed under the Constitution. If people claim they have that right they are purely playing politics and should be ignored.

This, or course, makes everything not explicitly spelled out in the Constitution illegal because it can be labelled a "political" issue.

He's really saying that he is the only one that should be allowed to interpret the Constitution since everyone else (liberals) will get it wrong.

It also implies that Justice Scalia has no place deciding politically charged questions, since he was appointed.
